Note:
- If you believe your product is still under warranty please provide us with the serial number or proof of purchase.
- If your product is in need of service we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that should be marked on the outside of the box, along with the address of the service center nearest you. RMA number is a MUST for after-sales service. Click here to submit a form for the RMA number.
- If your product is still covered by the factory warranty, repair of the device (parts and labor) and return shipping will be covered at our expense. You will be responsible only for the cost of shipping the product to the service center. If you would like to have a Zoomax unit repaired, please submit a repair service form here.
- For service outside of the warranty period, you will still need an RMA number. Since you are responsible for shipping in both directions and for repair (parts and labor), an initial inspection of the product is done first so that we can provide a repair estimate.
About Payment:
We use Paypal for better payment security. You can pay using your debit or credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.
