Your purchase is protected with 30-day Money Back guarantee. If you find that your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of item receipt date.
Return Your Products
If you purchase a product directly from Zoomax and wish to return a product within 30 days of item receipt date, please email info@zoomax.com to be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning the product. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the Shipping Label. Once a product is received we will inspect for damage, confirm the presence of all accessories, and then process the refund. Note that shipping is never refunded and the cost of shipping will be deducted from any “free shipping” offer.
- For a refund, non-defective products must be in clean, restockable condition, in their original factory packaging together with every item that was received in the original shipment.
- After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. It usually takes 3-5 days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- Products older than 30 days are not eligible for return.
If you purchased a Zoomax product from anyone else such as a dealer or eye doctor or eye clinic, please contact them to make your return. Please do not return any product to Zoomax that was not purchased from us directly.
In addition, you bear the risk of loss or damage during return shipment and as such, you are advised to obtain appropriate insurance from your preferred carrier.
Restocking Fee
If an opened returned product shows signs of damage or abuse affecting secondary sales, 20% of restocking fee will be charged. The cost to repair the product will also be assessed and could be higher than 20% in some cases. Shortages of products will be deducted from your credit amount.
